WHAT TO EXPECT
Media Day is quick, organized, and all about your athlete.
Athletes will move through a series of individual poses during their scheduled session. Please arrive ready to photograph in your Albion Riverside uniform.
Photos will be edited after Media Day and delivered digitally.
FAQs
What should my athlete wear?
Athletes should arrive photo-ready in their full Albion Riverside uniform, including jersey, shorts, socks, and soccer cleats.
Please make sure uniforms are clean and ready to photograph. Athletes may bring goalie gloves.
What time should we arrive?
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled session so your athlete has time to check in and be completely photo-ready.
To help Media Day stay on schedule, athletes who arrive late may need to wait for an available opening or be moved to a makeup session.
How long will my athlete’s session take?
Media Day sessions are designed to move quickly! Each athlete will be photographed through a series of individual poses, and the photo portion should only take a few minutes.
Please arrive on time and photo-ready so we can keep everything moving smoothly for all Albion Riverside athletes.
What if my athlete can’t attend their scheduled Media Day?
Limited makeup sessions will be available for athletes who are unable to attend their team’s assigned Media Day.
Please contact Ash Ink Sports Media as soon as possible if your athlete needs a makeup session. Makeup availability is limited and must be arranged in advance.
When and how will we receive the photos?
Your athlete’s images will be professionally edited after Media Day and delivered digitally through a private online gallery.
You’ll receive instructions for accessing and downloading your athlete’s photos once galleries are ready.
Can we choose a different Media Day date?
Athletes should attend the Media Day date assigned to their team. Each date has been scheduled based on team assignments and capacity to help Media Day run smoothly.
If your athlete cannot attend their assigned date, please contact Ash Ink Sports Media to inquire about limited makeup availability.
