No Returns or Exchanges for Customized Orders: Due to the personalized nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Once an order is placed and the customization process begins, it is a one-of-a-kind creation expressly made for you.

Quality Assurance: We stand behind the quality of our work and are committed to delivering products that meet your expectations. If, however, you encounter any issues or discrepancies with your order, please reach out to our customer service team at AshInkCustomApparel@gmail.com within two (2) days of receiving order. We will do our utmost to address and resolve any concerns promptly.

Cancellation Policy: Given the bespoke nature of our items, cancellations are only possible within 12 hours from the time of order placement. After this period, we initiate production, and cancellations cannot be accommodated.
